Instructions
- Prepare Buffalo Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken with Buffalo wing sauce. Stir until the chicken pieces are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Toss Caesar Salad: In a separate bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan cheese. Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center of each, place about 1/2 cup of the Caesar salad mixture, then top with 1/2 cup of the Buffalo chicken. Sprinkle crushed croutons on top if using for extra crunch.
