Description

These Buffalo Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps are a delicious and easy-to-make lunch option combining spicy Buffalo chicken with creamy Caesar salad, wrapped perfectly in a soft flour tortilla. Perfect for a quick meal or on-the-go lunches.

Ingredients

Scale

Buffalo Chicken

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Caesar Salad

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1/4 cup crushed croutons (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Buffalo Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken with Buffalo wing sauce. Stir until the chicken pieces are evenly coated with the sauce.
  2. Toss Caesar Salad: In a separate bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan cheese. Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Assemble Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center of each, place about 1/2 cup of the Caesar salad mixture, then top with 1/2 cup of the Buffalo chicken. Sprinkle crushed croutons on top if using for extra crunch.
  4. Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom upwards to form a secure wrap.
  5. Serve: Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately for a fresh, cool meal. Alternatively, wrap tightly in foil or parchment paper for meal prep or lunches on the go. For a warm, melty version, grill in a panini press before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
  • For a spicier wrap, add extra Buffalo sauce or sliced jalapeños.
  • These wraps can be grilled in a panini press for a warm, melty version.
